This letter was submitted to the inquiry as evidence that the TFL holders had been promised confidentiality in exchange for mapping of the timber harvesting land base in their TFL and therefore, under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, the mapping could not be released to the applicant.
